Few days ago, musician Esther Akoth well known as Akothee introduced her new mzungu man to the public and went ahead to reveal that the they are planning wedding soon.
From romantic picnics to baecations and now her love has taken it a step higher by gifting her a brand new Toyota Prado TX.
The Prado TX car she was gifted goes for around 7 million Kenya shillings. Not to say that Akothee is not rich enough to afford such a car but is it not nice to be gifted by the person you love?
The boss lady previously revealed that she had started looking for TV host and comedian Dr.Ofweneke to host for their event where she slammed the comedian for charging him charging her 1.4 million.
“Wee I thought we were friends @drofweneke is charging me 1.4 m to be the official Mc on my wedding day both white and traditional, 🙄🙄🙄” wrote Akothee.
She further added that Ofweneke had over priced her beacuse she was wedding a white person. This indicated that whites have money.
On asking why he was overpricing Ofweneke replied ” Kwani Kenya Hakuna wanaume ? Ni madharau Gani hii unatuonyesha, wewe lipa 1.4 ksh ama ulete MC Mzungu basi 🤦”
The further disclosed that the reason she was not getting married to a Kenyan was because she did not get one that treated her right. Akothee, who is also a mother of five has had quite a number of men come in and out of her life quite so often, and how he manages to attract rich men only seems to be a mystery for many.
Three months ago, Akothee posted a long breakup post to her ex-boyfriend Nelly Oaks on her Instagram page.
“I have walked out of other relationships with different ups & downs, so this last one shouldn’t be a shock or a surprise. It’s just a personal decision, I need time to concentrate on my new Found happiness with less destruction, I need to work on myself and my career, I am not ready for any commitment, questions, or answers to what transpired just didn’t want to hurt anyone. but sorry it is what it is,” she added.
In her post, she explained that she retained utmost respect for Nelly Oaks since they have family attachments and also wished him all the best.
The singer went on to reveal that she had mentally checked out of the relationship for a whole six months before officially breaking up with Nelly Oaks.
Speaking to the Presenter Ali YouTube channel Akothee dished on how she felt like her relationship had ended since December 2021
