In the just concluded general election where Ruto has won and surpassed the 50% plus one vote mark. Many Kenyans are celebrating and many are in tears.
The result of the elections was not only waited by Kenyans but also other countries especially those in the East Africa community. Diamond Platinumz or as rather Simba as many call him has given us his thoughts concerning the elections.
In what seemed like a message of peace to Kenyans he said. “PONGEZI sana wana Kenya kwa kuhitimisha zoezi la uchaguzi na kupata rais leo. sasa hivi tena sio Team Ruto, Wajackoyah ama team Raila Odinga tena. Ni kwa pamoja kuendeleza maendeleo ya Kenya na wanakenya kwa ujumla.”
Diamond as known by many was on Raila Odinga’s side and even performed in their last campaign. It is rumored that he was paid over eleven million Kenyan shillings on that day. This move angered Kenyans especially artists online who questioned whether there was no worthy Kenyan artist to perform at the event.
Diamond lately has been rumored to have bought an 8-seater helicopter which is one of its kind in East Africa. The chopper also has a dual engine and can fly in any weather conditions and even at night.
Well, sijasema amenunua ndege na pesa ya Azimio. The chopper is currently undergoing an upgrade here in Nairobi.
Other top artists who congratulated William Ruto includes famous hip-hop artist Akon who is from Senegal. All said, let us preach peace and move forward just as Diamond has advised.
