Diamond Platinumz’s father Mzee Abudl Juma has revealed that he was told by his doctors that he had skin cancer.
Mzee Juma told Simulizi Na Sauti that he has been having a leg problem for years now.
“Walinikata nyama wakanicheck kisha wakaniambia kwamba niko na matatitzo ya cancer ya ngozi. Nikaenda kwa waganga wa kienyeji. Mara nyingi nakua okay mara nyingi ugonjwa unanirudia.” he said.
Mzee Abdul said that one of h his daughter Zubeida who resides in the United Kingdom (UK) was the one who has been helping him get medical attention.
“Alinisaidia sana kupita kiwango. Ni mtoto wangu wa ukweli mwenye roho ya imani. Namuombea Mwenyezi Mungu amfungulie pepo la kheri.”Â
“Namshukuru. Namshukuru sana.”
Mr. Abdul said that his son Diamond had previously promised to take him abroad for further treatment before denouncing him as his dad.
“Familia niliyokua nayo ya kwanza waliniambia watanipeleka nje. nIlikua nilishakua na imanani lakini bahati mbaya ilikua sio riziki. Ikatokea tofauti.” (The family I had promised to take me abroad, unfortunately, many things unfolded and that did happen, things turned out different) he continued.
He has asked for well-wishers to assist him even though they do not understand what’s really happening in his life.
He added that the problem started when he was already an adult when at one point he went to the hospital and was told that he was suffering from skin cancer.
Mr. Abdul who has been selling shoes and clothes for the longest time said that he will secure a place to set up his business where his customers would find him since he cannot walk.
“For now, since I can’t walk well, I will get a place where I’ll put my business so that my customers can locate me,” he noted.
Diamond had known Mr. Abdul as his father for a very long time but later denounced him and he found it that his father’s name was Mzee Nyange and not Mzee Abdul.
