For the past 48 hours, celebrated youtuber Eve Mungai has been trending on a bad note after a ”GSU officer” sensationally claimed Eve dumped him for a mubaba. The officer alleged they had an intimate relationship with her when she was starting her youtube channel in which he had spent a colossal sum of money to pumper her.
The officer now wants Eve to immediately refund his money.
After his efforts to win her back failed spectacularly, The frustrated ”GSU officer” released a damning allegation on his social media pages alleging that he has used nearly all his resources to help Ever Mungai record her first youtube 30 videos.
The wild allegation led to an uproar by Eve Mungai fans who expressed their disappointment on social media.

The 22year old digital content creator broke the silence and released a statement denying all these accusations.
In the statement, Eve clarified that she has never met the GSU officer and that she has been a victim of online attacks before.
“Wild allegations have been made against me and I have been vindicated. interestingly, of late a video has circulated and it has suffered the same fate where i have been vindicated that it was purposes of clout chasing and gaining followers via Facebook and publications of unprintable bu a person purported to be a police officer and is not,”
She then used the opportunity to school the masses on the danger of publishing and amplifying fake news.
“I have taken this opportunity as a duty to educate and inform the public about the dangers of false publications and the consequences thereof.”
The GSU officer admitted that he has never met Eve and that he was using her to chase clout. “First of all Mungai Eve anisamehe, na me najua utanisamehea, hii cloutchase sikujua itafika hapa.”
