Davido’s son, Ifeanyi Adeleke is dead.
According to unconfirmed reports, the three-year-old boy drowned in a pool at his father’s house in Banana Island on Monday.
The couple had traveled to Ibadan for a family gathering and had left Ifeanyi with his minders who can’t explain how he got into the pool unnoticed and eventually drowned.
Ifeanyi was pronounced dead at the Lagoon Hospital in Ikoyi upon arrival.
Ifeanyi was Davido’s only son with lover Chioma.
Davido and Chioma have gone silent amidst the rumors of their sons’ death.
A few days ago, the Dami Duro hit maker took to his Instagram account to wish his son a happy birthday.
“I pray with all my heart that God grants you perfect health and pure happiness for as long as humanly possible. You will grow to be greater than Me, Happy birthday, son.” He wrote.
Various celebrity friends and fans have shared their condolences and prayers to the couple.
