The annual World Happiness Report ranks Kenya at number 119 out of 146 countries globally. According to the report, Yoweri Museveni’s People, The Ugandans are the happiest people in the East African region.
Uganda was ranked position 117, Two ahead of Kenya.
Paul Kagame’s Rwanda was ranked the unhappiest country in the East African nation and 4th worst worldwide.
Neighbors Tanzania was ranked 139th while Ethiopia 131st.globally, Afghanistan was ranked the unhappiest lot followed by Lebanon the zimbabwe.

Mauritius Island was ranked the happiest nation in Africa, followed by Libya, Ivory Coast, South Africa, and Gambia
The top three positions in the World Happiness Report were won by three of the Scandinavian nations. Following Finland in the top 10 ranks is Denmark which also was ranked as the second-happiest country in last year’s report. The survey findings – released Friday, ahead of the annual International Day of Happiness that was celebrated on Sunday, March 20 – showed a slight decline in the measure asking Kenyans to rate their life, dropping from 4.607 previously to 4.543.
